Refund Policy


Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.

For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area - in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund without stating the reason during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts.

The website Xdate.lt reserves the right to charge you for the time you used the Service if you have explicitly requested that the Service be started within the cancellation period, and then choose to use your right of cancellation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Xdate.lt's customer service, e.g. by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. The administration of the website Xdate.lt will need to ensure your identity and it is, therefore, easier if you email from the email address you entered when registering your account in the Service. Your fee with a deduction* for the time you used the Service will then be refunded by Xdate.lt as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Xdate.lt received your cancellation. In the event that you have not yet paid your invoice, Xdate.lt will credit you with a deduction for the time you used the Service.


*The deduction is based on an average of the service's monthly cost per day.
